Ken grew up in Sapulpa, OK where he was considered a world class sprinter at the age of 15. As a senior in high school, Ken set a world record in the 60-yard dash with a time 5.92 seconds. Ken was an all-American in high school as well as earning All-state honors. Ken went on the Oklahoma State University, qualifying for the Olympic trials in the 100-meter dash. After college, Ken went on to play professional football in the CFL along with stints with the Green Bay Packers and San Diego Chargers.
After an injury ended his career, Ken went on to join the prestigious Power Team and now travels as a motivational speaker and evangelist. Ken has travelled all over the planet speaking at schools, churches and business functions. Ken enjoys sharing his story and encouraging his audiences to be the best that they can be.
